2 best friends

There were two best friends - Lily and Sarah. They had been friends since they were babies, growing up in the same neighborhood and attending the same schools. As they got older, their interests changed and they found new hobbies to explore. Sarah loved to play the guitar and Lily loved to read books. But through it all, they remained best friends. One day, they decided to go for a hike in the nearby woods. As they were walking, Sarah saw a beautiful butterfly and ran after it. She ended up getting lost and couldn't find her way back to Lily. Lily searched for Sarah for hours, calling her name and getting increasingly worried. Just as the sun was beginning to set, she heard Sarah calling her name. Lily hurried towards the sound of her friend's voice and found Sarah sitting on a rock, her guitar by her side. They hugged each other tightly and promised to never leave each other again. From that day on, they began to make a plan for every adventure they went on, to ensure that they didn't get separated again. As they grew older, they continued to experience life together - attending concerts, traveling the world, and experiencing new things. They remained each other's best friend, through thick and thin. One day, Sarah got married and moved away to another city. Lily missed her terribly but they still stayed in touch, calling and texting each other every day. Years later, Sarah gave birth to a baby girl and Lily was the first person she called. They both cried tears of joy and promised to raise their children together. Lily and Sarah's friendship had stood the test of time and would continue to last a lifetime. They knew that no matter what, they would always be there for each other as best friends should always be.
